Have you ever heard about horseshoe crab or 'belangkas' in malay name. I think all of you heard it before. But how many of you know or see this species closely. 

Honestly, I'm also one among of you that didn't know this species. Of course I heard about it names but I never see it, touch or eat it. Yes..yes...horseshoe crab can be eat. There are restaurants at Johor that cook this species. If you want to cook by yourself make sure you know how to do it because it have a poison that you have to eliminate first. 

Let's continue my story.

So, when did I know this species? 

Ahaa... in 2008 I continue my study in Master degree of Aquaculture and we have to do research project. It's hard you know to think what is my interest and what topic to do. Lastly, I choose horseshoe crab. I never know how it's look like. Did you?
